角蛋白在上皮恶性肿瘤发生、侵袭及转移中的作用

• 【摘要】角蛋白是上皮细胞中间丝状物的形成蛋白，保护上皮细胞的完整性并维护正常上皮细胞功能。在癌症领域，角蛋白被广泛应用为上皮细胞恶性肿瘤诊断指标，特定的角蛋白类型与各自细胞起源相关，大部分情况下，肿瘤组织或者外周血中角蛋白升高或缺失往往能提示癌症患者的预后。角蛋白还参与肿瘤的侵袭及转移及反映疗效。这些无疑为进一步研究角蛋白作为上皮恶性肿瘤的多功能调节提供了基础。但角蛋白是如何作用于上皮恶性肿瘤的机制尚不完全清楚。本文对近年来角蛋白在上皮恶性肿瘤发生及侵袭转移中的作用相关研究进行综述。
• Keratin is the morphogenetic protein of filament in the middle of epithelial cells, which protects the integrity of the epithelial cells and maintain normal function of epithelial cells. In the fields of cancer, keratin is widely used as the diagnostic marker of epithelial malignant tumor, specific types of keratin associated with each cell origin, in most cases, the elevation or missing of keratin in tumor or peripheral blood may indicate the prognosis of patients with cancer. Keratin is also involved in tumor invasion and metastasis, and reflect the curative effect.These undoubtedly keratin as epithelial malignant tumor for further research of multi-functional regulation provides the basis.But how the keratin in epithelial malignant tumor mechanism is unclear.This diagonal protein in epithelial malignant tumor and the role of invasion and metastasis are discussed.
