品管圈对结直肠癌患者手术后早期活动的影响

• 【摘要】目的 研究品管圈对结直肠癌患者手术后早期活动的影响。方法 选择2013年3月至2015年3月在我院进行结直肠癌手术治疗的患者100例，所有患者均由同一位医师执刀接受手术治疗。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采取常规的干预模式，观察组采用品管圈干预。采用我院自制的检查量表对结直肠癌患者手术后早期活动的影响因素进行分析，同时比较两组患者的下床时间。结果 两组患者相比，对结直肠癌患者手术后早期活动产生影响的人数，观察组都显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）两组患者首次下床时间相比，观察组明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）两组患者72h内下床完成率相比，观察组完成率高达90%，远大于对照组70%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 品管圈活动能显著促进结直肠癌患者手术后的早期活动，患者下床时间明显缩短，有助于帮助患者早日康复。
• Objective To study the effect of the quality control circle on the early postoperative activity of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 100 cases of patients with colorectal cancer surgery were selected from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital, all patients were treated by the same surgeon who underwent surgical treatment. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine intervention model. The influence factors of early postoperative activity of colorectal cancer patients were analyzed by using the self-made questionnaire, and the two groups were compared. Results In the two groups, the number of patients with early postoperative activity in patients with colorectal cancer was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The two groups were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) two groups of patients with 72h, the completion rate was 70%, significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The activity of the product can significantly promote the early postoperative activity of patients with colorectal cancer, and the patients get out of bed time is significantly shortened, help patients recover soon.
