• 【摘要】目的 探讨液基薄层细胞学检查（TCT） 联合DNA 定量分析对宫颈病变的筛查效果 方法 回顾性分析自2015年7月至2015年10月在我院妇科门诊接受的宫颈疾病筛查患者648例，随机分成三组，每组216例，分别采取TCT诊断，DNA定量分析诊断和TCT联合DNA定量分析诊断。结果 TCT与DNA 定量分析相比，阳性符合率、敏感性和特异性都较低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05） ，TCT联合DNA 定量分析与DNA 定量分析、TCT 相比，阳性符合率最高，但是特异性较低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 相对于TCT 诊断，DNA 定量分析和联合诊断两种诊断方法都能够有效的诊断出患者的宫颈病变，联合检查的筛查效果最为明显。
• Objective To investigate the ThinPrep cytology (TCT) combined with DNA quantitative analysis of the effectiveness of screening.Methods Analysis of 648 cases of cervical disease patients from June 2015 to September 2015 in our hospital gynecological medical treatment, were randomly divided into three groups of 216 patients each, were taken TCT diagnosis, quantitative analysis and diagnosis of DNA and TCT combined with quantitative analysis of DNA diagnostics.Results TCT compared with DNA quantitative analysis, the positive consistent rate, sensitivity and specificity are low, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), TCT combined with quantitative analysis of DNA and DNA quantitative analysis, the maximum TCT compared to positive consistent rate, but low specificity, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion With respect to the TCT diagnosis, DNA quantitative analysis and joint diagnosis two diagnostic methods can effectively diagnose patients with cervical lesions, screening effect of the Joint Inspection of the most obvious.
