胸腔镜下双孔法实施后纵隔肿瘤临床治疗的可行性分析

• 【摘要】探讨胸腔镜下双孔法治疗后纵隔肿瘤的可行性。方法：回顾性分析本院2012年4月~2015年4月收治的63例后纵隔肿瘤患者的临床资料，按照治疗方法分为对照组（31例）和观察组（32例），分别给予常规开胸手术治疗和胸腔镜下双孔法治疗。观察两组的术中出血量和引流时间、住院天数、并发症发生率、治疗总有效率，并进行比较。结果：观察组的术中出血量和引流时间、住院天数均显著短于或者低于对照组，均P＜0.05；观察组的治疗总有效率为96.88%，显著高于对照组的83.87%，P＜0.05。结论：胸腔镜下双孔法实施后纵隔肿瘤效果确切，安全性高，具有一定的临床应用可行性。
• To explore the feasibility of double hole method in the treatment of mediastinal tumor after double hole method.Method： A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 63 patients with posterior mediastinal tumor in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015,and were divided into control group (31 cases) and observation group (32 cases) according to treatment methods,and were given conventional thoracotomy and double hole treatment with endoscope. The amount of blood loss and drainage, the length of hospital stay, the incidence of complications, the total effective rate of treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Results：In the observation group were bleeding and drainage time, length of hospital stay, complication rate were significantly shorter than or lower than that of the control group,(P < 0.05). Treatment in the observation group, the total efficiency was 96.88%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 83.87%, (P < 0.05).Conclusion：The results of double - hole method in the implementation of the double - hole method of the posterior mediastinal tumor are effective, safe and feasible..
