健康教育对妇女两癌认知水平及筛查行为的影响

  • 【摘要】目的:探讨健康教育对妇女两癌认知水平及筛查行为的影响。方法: 选取某地区136名妇女为研究对象,采用自拟“两癌认知水平及筛查行为”进行调查分析,根据调查结果制定针对性的健康教育干预方案,比较健康教育前后妇女健康知识知晓情况及乳腺癌、宫颈癌筛查行为改善情况。结果:健康教育后,136例受试对象的癌症预防一般知识、乳腺癌相关知识及宫颈癌相关知识知晓率均显著高于健康教育前(x2=3.866~6.259, P<0.05);肿瘤一般预防知识、日常乳腺自我检查、乳腺癌筛查次数、阴道分泌物自我观察、宫颈癌筛查频率均明显高于健康教育前(t=7.264~12.183,P<0.05)。结论:健康教育能提高妇女两癌认知水平和保健意识,增强筛查行为,有利于两癌筛查工作的开展。
  • [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of health education for women and two cognitive level cancer screening behavior. Methods: 136 women in Beijing area for the study, the use of self "two cancer screening behaviors and cognitive level" investigation and analysis, the development of targeted health education intervention program based on the findings, after two years of investigation, before and after health education and health knowledge of women with breast cancer, cervical cancer screening behavior to improve the situation. Results: before and after health education, cancer and 136 cases of general knowledge subjects of prevention, breast cancer and cervical cancer related knowledge awareness rate were significantly higher than before health education (x2 = 3.866 ~ 6.259, P <0.05); tumor ships prevention knowledge, regular breast self-examination, the number of breast cancer screening, vaginal secretions self-observation, the frequency of cervical cancer screening, health education were significantly higher than before (t = 7.264 ~ 12.183, P <0.05). Conclusion: Health education can improve women's health and cognitive level two cancer awareness, enhanced screening behavior, contributing to the development of two cancer screening.
