• 【摘要】EGFR（表皮生长因子受体）是近年来关于NSCLC(非小细胞肺癌)发病机制中新的细胞分子受体，针对EGFR基因突变研究出的分子靶向药物是治疗NSCLC策略中成功有效的新靶点途径，与传统一、二线化疗方案相比，其具有精准打击肿瘤细胞，对机体正常细胞损伤及不良反应较少等优点，延长了NSCLC患者的生存期并提高了生活质量。然而近年来研究提示分子靶向药物的耐药对其持续精准治疗的有效性构成了严重挑战。本文就EGFR基因的生物学特性、基因突变及与NSCLC的关系做一综述。并探讨EGFR受体在未来NSCLC治疗领域中的前景。
• EGFR is a new molecular receptor of NSCLC for the pathogenesis , it is a new target in the treatment of NSCLC strategy for t he molecular targeted drug targeting EGFR gene mutation ，it compared with the transmission and the second line chemotherapy，It has a precise strike against cancer cells and has small damage for Normal cell of body，it also Prolong the survival time of NSCLC patients and improve the quality of life， however, In recent years,the research suggests that the drug resistance of molecular targeted drugs constitutes a serious challenge for its effectiveness. In this paper, now to right a review about the Biological characteristics gene mutation and its relationship with NSCLC And to explore the prospects of EGFR in the field of future for NSCLC therapy.
