三阴性乳腺癌组织STAT3、AR_、MMP-13表达与预后状况的关系研究

• 摘要：
• 【摘要】目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌组织，信号转导因子及转录活化因子3（Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3，STAT3）、雄激素受体（androgenreceptor，AR）、基质金属蛋白酶-13（matrix metalloproteinase-13, MMP-13）表达与预后状况的关系。方法：选取我院TNBC组织180例作为实验组，同期选取正常乳腺组织160例作为对照组，采用免疫组织化学SP法检测STAT3、AR 、MMP-13表达。结果：实验组STAT3、AR 、MMP-13阳性表达率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。STAT3、AR 、MMP-13表达与TNBC患者TNM分期、组织学分化程度与腋窝淋巴结转移具有紧密的关系，其中TNM分期越高，组织学分化程度越低，有腋窝淋巴结转移患者STAT3、AR 、MMP-13阳性表达率越高（P<0.05）。180例TNBC患者均获得完整随访，死亡率为28.33% ，无瘤生存率为65.00%，总生存率为71.67%。与STAT3、AR 、MMP-13阴性患者比较，阳性患者死亡率明显增高，无瘤生存率与总生存率明显降低，比较差异具有统计学意（P<0.05）；经Cox多因素回归分析显示： STAT3、AR 、MMP-13阳性表达是影响TNBC患者预后的独立危险因素。结论：三阴性乳腺癌组织STAT3、AR 、MMP-13阳性表达明显增高，且与临床病理特征与预后状况具有紧密的关系。
• Objective To study the relationship study between Triple negative breast cancer tissue Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), ndrogenreceptor(AR), matrix metalloproteinase-13(MMP – 13)express and prognosis.Methods: 180 cases of TNBC tissue were selected as experimental group, 160 cases of normal breast tissue were selected as the control group in the same period, STAT3, AR, MMP-13 express werer detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results: STAT3, AR, MMP - 13 positive expression rate of experimental group were significantly higher than control group, comparing the two groups had statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).STAT3, AR, MMP – 13 expression had a close relationship with TNBC TNM stage, histological differentiation and axillary lymph node metastasis,which the higher TNM stage, the lower histological differentiation degree, axillary lymph node metastasis, STAT3, AR, MMP - 13 positive expression rate were higher (P < 0.05). 180 patients with TNBC were obtained complete follow-up, mortality was 28.33%, disease-free surial rate was 65.00%, the overall survival rate was 71.67%.And compared by STAT3, AR, MMP - 13 negative group, mortality rate of positive group were significantly higher, disease-free survival and overall survival rate were significantly reduced, compared with statistics meaning difference (P < 0.05);The Cox multiple factors regression analysis showed that STAT3, AR, MMP - 13 positive expression were the independent risk factors affecting TNBC prognosis.Conclusion: Triple negative breast cancer tissue STAT3, AR, MMP – 13 express significantly increased, and have a close relationship with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis.
