MicroRNA21及MicroRNA375在新疆哈萨克族及维吾尔族食管癌早期诊断中的应用价值

• 【摘要】目的 本研究分析MicroRNA21及MicroRNA-375在新疆哈萨克族及维吾尔族食管癌早期诊断中的应用价值，为临床诊断提供参考。方法 收集新疆哈萨克族和维吾尔组食管癌早期患者血浆标本，采用荧光定量PCR法检测血清中MicroRNA21及MicroRNA375的表达。以正常新疆哈萨克族和维吾尔族健康体检者为对照组。结果 研究发现新疆哈萨克族和维吾尔族食管癌早期患者MicroRNA21和MicroRNA375表达明显高于对照组，且差异存在显著的统计学差异性(P<0.01)；同时，新疆哈萨克族及维吾尔族食管癌早期患者MicroRNA21和MicroRNA375表达与胃癌早期患者有明显的差异性，且差异存在显著的统计学差异性(P<0.01)。结论 MicroRNA21及MicroRNA375在新疆哈萨克族及维吾尔族食管癌早期患者中表达明显升高，可以作为临床诊断的重要标志。
• Aim The present research aimed to explore the evaluation of MicroRNA21and MicroRNA-375 in the diagnosis of early esophageal in Kazak and Uyghur nationality. Methods Early esophageal in Kazak and Uyghur nationality patients in our hospital from Jun 2011 to Sep 2015 were enrolled in this part. The serum MicroRNA21and MicroRNA-375 levels were detected by Real time PCR. Healthy Kazak and Uyghur nationality subjects were taken as control. Results The results showed that the level of MicroRNA21and MicroRNA-375 were decreased in Kazak and Uyghur nationality patients when compared with control. The results also showed that the content of MicroRNA21and MicroRNA-375 had significant statistical differences when compared with early gastric cancer patients. Conclusion MicroRNA21and MicroRNA-375 have close relation with early esophageal cancer in Kazak and Uyghur nationality patients and can be taken as indicators for clinical diagnosis.
