不同分期鼻咽癌治疗模式探讨

• 【摘要】鼻咽癌是我国高发恶性肿瘤之一，发病率为头颈部恶性肿瘤之首。单纯放疗对早期鼻咽癌有良好的控制。但是对病理较高分化及病程较晚的病例，化学药物治疗和手术也是不可缺少的手段。放化疗综合治疗及分子靶向治疗是鼻咽癌治疗研究的热点。目前的NPC治疗决策主要基于疾病阶段。本文将对不同分期的NPC的治疗策略进行综述，总结出合理的治疗选择。
• Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is one of the most common malignant tumor in China, of which the morbidity is in the first place in malignant tumors of head and neck. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma in early stage is controlled well by radiotherapy. However, chemotherapy and surgery are indispensable treatments for the cases in the late stage of high pathological differentiation. Chemoradiation therapy and molecular targeted therapy are hotspots of treatment research of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The treatment at present is mainly based on the stage of NPC. The study makes a overview on the treatment strategies in different stages of NPC, and summaries the reasonable choice of treatment.
