前列腺肿瘤标志物的进展研究及临床意义

• 【摘要】前列腺癌（prostatic carcinoma，PCa）是男性泌尿生殖系统的常见恶性肿瘤之一[1]。随着近些年的研究发现和应用，除了我们临床现阶段常用的PSA及fPSA肿瘤标志物的 使用外，诸如一些α-甲酰基辅酶A消旋酶（Afpha-methlacryl-Coa racemase，AMACR，P504S），[2]前列腺特异性膜抗原（PSMA）,PCA3(DD3)基因[3]等众多新型前列腺肿瘤标志物也应运而生，并且也逐渐在科研甚至临床中使用。众所周知，对于前列腺癌患者的诊断标准，目前常见的包括直肠指检，PSA数值的判定，经直肠前列腺超声检查及前列腺穿刺活检[4]。其中肿瘤标志物的选择对前列腺癌的初筛及后续的诊疗计划起到承前启后的作用。因此，对于前列腺恶性肿瘤标志物的研究就显得更为重要。本文也着重对近年来前列腺肿瘤标志物的研究进展进行综述并阐述其临床意义。
• prostatic carcinoma (PCa) is one of the most common malignant tumors in male urinary and reproductive system. Along with recent years' research discovery and use, in addition to the PSA and fPSA tumor markers which are commonly used in our clinic,the Afpha-methlacryl-Coa racemase,PSMA,PCA3(DD3) were used in the research. As we all know, the diagnosis of prostate cancer is undoubtedly a high risk factor for prostate cancer patients, rectal examination, PSA value of the determination, the transrectal ultrasonography (TRUS) and prostate biopsy. Then the tumor marker selection is for prostate cancer screening and diagnosis and treatment of the follow-up plan plays a role of link. Therefore, it is important to study the prostate tumor markers. In this paper, the research progress of prostate tumor markers in recent years is reviewed, and the clinical significance of prostate tumor markers is reviewed.
