【摘要】肝癌合并门静脉癌栓预后较差，严重危害患者的生命健康。目前应用较为广泛的治疗方法有外科手术、靶向治疗、局部化疗、放疗等，但其治疗效果仍不理想。本文通过对近年来的治疗进展进行总结，期望为临床治疗的选择和进一步研究提供参考依据。
Hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT) has relatively poor prognosis. It threatens patients’health severely. Furthermore, although there are several methods such as surgery, targeted therapy, local chemotherapy and radiotherapy which can be used to treat liver cancer with PVTT, the outcomes are still unsatisfactory. This article summarized the research development of treatment on hepatocellular carcinoma with PVTT. And it aims to provide more references for clinical treatment and further research.
