DDR1基因在不同复发倾向肝癌患者中的表达水平差异及在肝癌临床预后中的价值

- 【摘要】目的:探讨DDR1基因在不同复发倾向肝癌患者中的表达水平差异及在肝癌临床预后中的价值。方法:从本院肝癌标本库中选取2008年3月至2012年4月期间在本院进行肝癌根治性切除手术患者的肝癌标本40例作为研究材料。以免疫组化和Western blotting检测肝组织中DDR1的表达情况,根据表达情况分为DDR1阳性组和阴性组。同时对术后患者进行为期2年的随访,根据复发情况分为早期复发组和非早期复发组,最后以不同组别的DDR1表达情况及不同表达情况的肝癌患者的生存率作对比分析。结果:X2检验结果表明早期复发肝癌组织DDR1阳性率显著高于非早期复发肝癌组织(X2=6.679,P<0.01),且二者DDR1阳性率均显著高于正常肝组织(P<0.05)。t检验结果表明DDR1蛋白在早期复发肝癌组织较非早期复发肝癌组织的表达量显著增高(t=2.786,p<0.05)。肝癌组织中DDR1基因的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤直径和Edmonson 分级无关而与患者早期复发倾向有着较为明显的相关性(t=16.186,p<0.01)。DDR1在肝癌组织中的表达情况与术后患者的生存率并无明显的相关性。结论:DDR1基因在早期复发的肝癌患者组织中的阳性率及表达量显著增高,可以将其表达情况作为判断肝癌患者术后预后的指标之一。
- Abstract: Objective: Investigate the difference of the expression levels of DDR1 in HCC with different tendency to relapse and its value in evaluating the prognosis of liver cancer. Methods: Select from March 2008 to April 2012 in our hospital during the radical resection of liver cancer in patients from hepatocellular carcinoma specimens from liver specimens in our hospital as a research library materials. And detect the expression level of DDR1 in the hepatic tissue by the method of immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Divide them into DDR1 positive and negative groups. At the same time, we divide them into early recurrence group and non- group early recurrence according to the situation of relapse. Result: The result of Chi-square test indicate that tDDR1 positive rate of early recurrence group was significantly higher than that of non- early recurrence group (X2=6.679,P<0.01). and the result of t test showed that the the amount of DDR1 protein expression in early recurrence in HCC was significantly higher than that of non-early recurrence group (t=2.786,p<0.05). and the expression of DDR1 isn’t relate with the Sex , age, tumor size and grade Edmonson of the patient, and has obvious relevancewith early recurrence tendency(t=16.186,p<0.01). Conclusion: The positive rate and the amount of DDR1 gene expression in liver tissue of patients with different tendency to relapse was significantly , it can be judged as an expression of postoperative prognostic indicator in patients with liver cancer .
