急性白血病患儿生存率的影响因素分析

• 【摘要】目的：分析急性白血病患儿生存率的影响因素。方法：选择2010年2月至2011年4月于本院就诊的急性白血病患儿80例，整理病理资料，采用COX回归模型分析急性白血病患儿生存率的影响因素。结果：性别、肝肋下、脾肋下、初诊外周血小板、初诊外周血红蛋白与患儿生存率无关（P>0.05）。年龄、免疫分型、泼尼松诱导、复发、治疗依从性、诱导35天骨髓检验、初诊外周白蛋白是影响患儿生存率的独立危险因素（P<0.05）。结论：年龄、免疫分型泼尼松诱导、复发、治疗依从性、诱导35天骨髓检验、初诊外周白蛋白是影响患儿生存率的独立危险因，临床上应当加强对此类因素的重视，提高生存率。
• objective: To analyze the influence factors analysis of survival rates in children with acute leukemia.Methods: 80 cases of children with acute leukemia in February 2010 to April 2011 in our hospital were slected as the sample, pathological data, COX regression model were used to analysis the factors on the survival rate of children with acute leukemia. Results: gender, under the liver rib, under the spleen rib, newly diagnosed of the peripheral blood platelet and peripheral blood red protein had no relationship with the child survival rates (P> 0.05). Age, immune classification, prednisone induced , recurrence, treatment adherence, 35 days already peripheral albumin were the independent risk factors of children with survival rate (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Age, immune classification, prednisone induced , recurrence, treatment adherence, 35 days already peripheral albumin were the independent risk factors of children with survival rate, clinical should strengthen the attention to such factors, improve the survival rate.
