集束化护理对乳腺癌患者输液港并发症的预防效果

• 【摘要】目的探讨集束化护理对乳腺癌患者输液港并发症的预防效果。方法：选择2012年1月至2012年12月在我院收治并择期手术的乳腺癌患者60例为对照组，采用常规护理干预方法；选择2013年7月至2014年6月在我院收治并择期手术的乳腺癌患者60例为观察组，在常规护理干预的基础上采用集束化护理模式。比较两组的并发症发生情况、生活质量及满意度。结果：护理干预后观察组出现1例回抽无血、2例继发感染、1例静脉血栓、无导管堵塞、1例药液外渗、无导管脱落或断裂者，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（X2=4.365、5.213、6.325、8.412、6.958、7.265，P=0.041、0.035、0.023、0.005、0.019、0.010）；观察组的生活质量明显高于对照组（t=-33.567，P=0.000）；观察组对护理的总满意度为100.0%，对照组为80.0%，观察组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=7.652，P=0.002）。结论：对应用输液港的乳腺癌患者采用集束化护理模式，能增强患者康复的信心，减少输液港并发症的发生，提高患者的生活质量和满意度。
• Objective To discuss preventive effect?of bundle nursing on?complications of?breast cancer patients with?transfusion port.Methods 60 cases of breast cancer patients with?transfusionport in our hospital radiotherapy in Junly 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the observation group, 60 cases of breast cancer patients with?transfusionport in our hospital radiotherapy in January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as the control group . The control group was given routine nursing?intervention methods ,the observation group was given bundle nursing?mode. Comparison of two groups of?complications,?quality of life and satisfaction.Results After the nursing intervention,?observation group of 1 cases,?2 cases of?blood?was pumped backwithout?secondary infection,?1 cases of?venous thrombosis,?catheter obstruction,?1 cases?withoutextravasation,?catheter?or fracture,?and?the control group had significant difference?(P < 0.05);quality of life?in the observation group?was significantly higher than that?in control group?(P < 0.05);?observation group?on nursing?satisfaction was 100%,?80% in the control group,?the observation?group was significantly?higher than that in the control group,?the difference was statistically significant?(P < 0.01).Conclusions Application of?infusion port?of breast cancer patients?by?nursing?mode,?can?enhance the rehabilitation of patients with confidence,?reduce?transfusion?complications,?improve the patient's quality of life?and satisfaction.
