• 【摘要】噻唑烷二酮类药物（thiazolidinediones，TZDs）是一种过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ（peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ，PPARγ）激动剂，它能增加胰岛素敏感性，改善胰岛素抵抗，维持糖代谢和脂代谢的平衡，目前已被广泛用于2型糖尿病的治疗。近年来，大量研究表明TZDs亦能通过多种途径干预肿瘤发展的不同阶段，进而发挥潜在的抗肿瘤效应，其中涉及的主要机制包括阻止细胞增长、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制细胞侵袭转移、限制能量供应等。
• The thiazolidinediones (TZDs) is a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ) agonist which can increase insulin sensitivity and improve insulin resistance, thus facilitating the balance of glucose and lipid metabolism. TZDs have been widely used for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Recently, a growing body of research has revealed that TZDs are able to intervene in different stages of tumor development in a variety of ways, and ultimately exert potential anti-tumor effects. Several mechanisms contribute to the anti-tumor actions of TZDs, including cell growth arrest, induction of apoptosis, inhibition of cell invasion and metastasis, and energy restriction, etc.
