骨肉瘤化疗耐药分子机制的相关研究进展

• 【摘要】骨肉瘤是最常见的骨原发性恶性肿瘤，好发于儿童及青少年。目前其细胞及分子机制尚不明确。而术前新辅助化疗结合手术治疗是目前骨肉瘤的主要治疗方法，但肿瘤多药耐药性的存在，成为骨肉瘤局部复发,远处转移及治疗失败的重要原因。明确骨肉瘤化疗的耐药机制，逆转骨肉瘤耐药，降低骨肉瘤患者复发转移率对临床治疗有重要意义。本文将从六个主要分子机制对骨肉瘤化疗耐药作一简要综述。
• Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant bone tumor and occurs in children and adolescents. The cellular and molecular mechanism is unclear. And preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery is the main treatment of osteosarcoma, but the existence of tumor multidrug resistance, become osteosarcoma local recurrence, distant metastasis and the important reason for treatment failure. Clear osteosarcoma chemotherapy drug resistance mechanism, drug resistance reversal of osteosarcoma, reduce recurrence in patients with osteosarcoma metastasis rate has important significance to clinical treatment. This article will from six aspects of osteosarcoma chemotherapy drug resistance related molecular mechanisms are reviewed.
