微小RNA-124_与肿瘤相关性的研究进展

• 【摘要】微小RNA(microRNAs，miRNAs)是长度为19-24nt的RNA，广泛存在于真核生物体内并在蛋白水平参与转录和转录后基因调控。近年来，miRNA-124(miR-124)作为中枢神经系统中含量最丰富的miRNAs之一受到广泛关注。miR-124的作用机制复杂，合成过程中受多种因子的调控，成熟的miR-124可调节数百种靶基因的表达，对神经元的发育、小胶质细胞的激活都有着重要作用。近期的研究表明，miR-124的异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生、发展有关，本文综述了miR-124与肿瘤相关性的研究现状，主要包括其表达、靶基因位点、生物学作用以及在疾病发生和治疗中的作用。
• microRNAs (miRNAs) is one sort of RNA which is 19-24nt in length.It widely exists in eukaryotic organisms and is involved in gene regulation at the protein level.In recent years, miRNA-124 (miR-124)is identified to be the most abundant miRNAsin the central nervous system,attractsspecial attention. The mechanism of miR-124 is complex, and is regulated by many factors in the synthesis process. Mature miR-124 can regulate the expression of hundreds of target genes, the growth of neurons,and the activation of microglial cells,studies have also shown that, expression and occurrence of multiple tumors is related to the abnormity of miR-124. This paper reviewsthe correlation between miR-124 and tumor, including the expression of target gene, biological function, as well as in the occurrence of disease and the role of treatment.
