增强扫描CT值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的价值

- 【摘要】目的:对增强扫描CT值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的价值展开研究分析,为临床诊断治疗骨巨细胞瘤提供有利依据。方法:本次研究随机选取2011年5月~2013年5月期间我院接收救治的200例溶骨性骨质破坏患者,分成骨巨细胞瘤组68例,非骨巨细胞瘤组132例,分别给予增强对比剂静脉注射,包括碘海醇注射液、碘普罗胺注射液以及碘克沙醇注射液,并进行增强扫描,对两组增强后CT值、CT值增加值进行观察对比,并分析增强后CT值、CT值增加值诊断临界点及临界点对应的敏感度、特异度。结果:骨巨细胞瘤组增强后CT值(128.13±26.13),CT值增加值(89.62±33.86),非骨巨细胞瘤组增强后CT值(83.11±22.91),CT值增加值(47.83±30.19),骨巨细胞瘤组增强后CT值、CT值增加值显著高于非骨巨细胞瘤组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:CT增强扫描中增强后CT值、CT值增加值在骨巨细胞瘤的临床诊断中具有良好的导向价值,临床结合患者年龄、发病位置以及形态学表现等综合因素展开判定,能够提升术前诊断正确率。
- Objective: To enhance the value in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone scan CT values expand research and analysis to provide a favorable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of giant cell tumor of bone. The results: CT values enhanced set of giant cell tumor of bone (128.13 ± 26.13), CT value increases the value of (89.62 ± 33.86), the non-GCT group enhanced CT values (83.11 ± 22.91), CT value increases the value of (47.83 ± 30.19), the group of giant cell tumor of bone enhanced CT values, CT value increases significantly higher than non-giant cell tumor group, the data difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: CT enhanced CT scans enhanced values, CT value increases the value of a good guide value in giant cell tumor of the clinical diagnosis, clinical patients' age, the incidence of a combination of factors such as location and morphological manifestations launched judgment, can improve surgery before the diagnostic accuracy.
