骨形态发生蛋白与乳腺癌的研究进展

• 【摘要】骨形态发生蛋白家族（Bone morphogenetic proteins, BMPs）是一类具有诱导骨活性的多功能糖蛋白，它不但能促进骨的生成，诱导成骨和间充质干细胞成骨分化，而且在多种肿瘤的恶性进展中发挥重要作用。乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤，在我国发病率逐年升高，约70%的乳腺癌患者发生肺、骨等部位的转移。目前，BMPs在乳腺癌发生、发展过程中的作用机制及寻找乳腺癌新的治疗靶点已经成为了医学界的研究热点。本文就近10年BMPs对乳腺癌生长、侵袭和转移的影响及机制的研究进展作一综述。
• As multifunctional glycoproteins, bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) involved in osteoinduction and bone formation. Meanwhile, BMPs play an important role in malignant progression of various tumors. Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors among women and the morbidity of breast cancer is increasing in China. About 70% patients with advanced breast cancer frequently develop metastasis to distant sites, including lung, bone and other organs. Currently, the action mechanisms of BMPs in breast cancer progression have become research focuses in medical field. In this paper, we reviewed the reports about the roles of BMPs in the proliferation, metastasis, and invasion in breast cancer cells during ten years.
