非小细胞肺癌中ETS-1与E-cadherin、N-cadherin、Vimentin表达相关性的研究

- 【摘要】目的:探讨ETS-1与E-cadherin、N-cadherin、Vimentin在肺癌中的表达相关性及其临床意义。方法:选择手术切除并经病理证实的110例非小细胞肺癌组织和距肿瘤3cm以上的癌旁正常肺组织,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测组织中ETS-1与E-cadherin、N-cadherin、Vimentin的表达并与临床资料进行相关性分析。结果:非小细胞肺癌组织中ETS-1与N-cadherin、Vimentin的阳性表达率[分别为65%(72/110)、56%(62/110)、34%(37/110)]明显高于正常癌旁肺组织[分别为6%(3/50)、8%(4/50)、2%(1/50)](P<0.01);E-cadherin的阳性表达率41%(45/110)明显低于正常癌旁肺组织84℅(42/50)。Ets-1的阳性率与淋巴结转移、和TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、组织学类型及分化程度等无关(P>0.05)。E-cadherin的阳性率与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、和TNM分期呈负相关(P<0.05),N-cadherin和Vimentin的阳性率与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、和TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.05),E-cadherin、N-cadherin、Vimentin的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、组织学类型无相关性(P>0.05)。ETS-1和E-cadherin表达在非小细胞肺癌中呈负相关,和N-cadherin表达在非小细胞肺癌中呈正相关。结论:ETS-1与E-cadherin、N-cadherin、Vimentin的表达与非小细胞肺癌的转移密切相关,检测TS-1与E-cadherin、N-cadherin、Vimentin的表达可作为判断非小细胞肺癌转移和预后的指标之一。
- Objective:To observe the expression and correlation of ETS-1、neuronal cadherin (E-cadherin、N-cadherin) and Vimentin in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer tissues and their clinical value. Chemotherapy on fasting plasma glucose of Patients with lung cancer. Methods: 110 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues inpatients after surgical resection and confirmed by pathology,and normal lung tissues that at least 3cm away from the tumor were selected. The immunohis to chemical SP method was used to detect the expression of ETS-1、E-cadherin、N-cadherin and Vimentin and analyzed their correlation. Results:In Non-small Cell Lung Cancer tissues,the positive expression rate of ETS-1、N-cadherin and Vimentin[65%(72/110)、56%(62/110)、34%(37/110)]were significantly higher than those of in normal lung tissues[6%(3/50)、8%(4/50)、2%(1/50)](P<0.01); The positive expression rate of E-cadherin41%(45/110)were significantly lower than those of in normal lung tissues 84℅ (42/50). The expression of Ets-1 was positively correlated with the lymph node metastasis and tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) stage (P<0.05), but without correlated with gender, age, tumor diameter, histological type and differentiation degree, etc (P>0.05). The expression of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with tumor differentiation degree, the lymph node metastasis and tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) stage (P<0.05). The expression of N-cadherin and Vimentin were positively correlated with tumor differentiation degree, the lymph node metastasis and tumor-node-metastasis(TNM) stage (P<0.05). The expression of E-cadherin、N-cadherin and Vimentin were not correlated with gender, age, tumor diameter and histological type (P>0.05). Conclusion: ETS-1、E-cadherin、N-cadherin and Vimentin have close relationships with metastasis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer, to detect the expression of ETS-1、E-cadherin、N-cadherin and Vimentin is of a effective method to judge the metastasis and prognosis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.
