高三尖杉酯碱在血液病中的应用及研究进展

• 【摘要】高三尖杉酯碱（homoharringtonine，HHT）在我国用于血液病治疗已有40多年历史，广泛地应用于急性髓系白血病、慢性粒细胞白血病和骨髓增生异常综合征的治疗，也可用于真红细胞增多症和原发性血小板增多症等骨髓增生性疾病。该药具有治疗效果明显且毒副作用较小等特点，随着美国FDA（Food and Drug Administration）批准半合成高三尖杉酯碱（semisynthetic homoharringtonine，ssHHT）用于慢性粒细胞白血病的治疗，该药受到了更加广泛地关注，本文将对高三尖杉酯碱在血液病中的应用及研究进展做一综述
• It is a long history more than forty years that homoharringtonine has been used for the treatment of blood disease. It is widely used for the treatment of acute myelocytic leukemia,chronic myelocytic leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes,and it can also be used for the treatment of some myeloproliferative diseases such as polycythemia vera and essential thrombocythemia .It has the characteristics of obvious therapeutic effect and little toxic profiles and side effect.With the approval for the treatment of chronic myelocytic leukemia by FDA of the United States,it is concerned more widely.This article aims to summarize the application and research advance of homoharringtonine in blood disease.
