曲妥珠单抗在HER-2阳性乳腺癌治疗中的心脏毒性及防治

• 【摘要】曲妥珠单抗是人表皮生长因子受体-2（HER-2）的特异性抑制剂，是由美国食品和药物管理局（FDA）批准的乳腺癌领域第一个分子靶向治疗药物。自1998年上市以来，已有10多年的临床应用史,目前已成为HER-2阳性乳腺癌的基本治疗组成。与传统化疗药相比,曲妥珠单抗的安全性较高,但随着临床应用时间的延长,其引起的心脏毒性报道也越来越多。本文将对曲妥珠单抗在HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者新辅助治疗中的心脏毒性及防治进行综述。
• Trastuzumab, a specific inhibitor against human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2), is the first drug approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for molecular targeted therapy in breast cancer.The history of clinical application is more than 10years ,Trastuzumab has become the basic treatment of HER-2 positive breast cancer at present..Although compared with traditional chemotherapy, trastuzumab has higher security,however, the reports about trastuzumab-mediated cardiotoxicity are more and more in clinical application over time.This paper will review the adverse cardiac effects of trastuzumab in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for HER-2 positive breast cancer and prevention.
