巨噬细胞对肝癌切除和移植术后患者预后的影响

• 【摘要】目前肝切除术和肝移植术仍是肝癌首选的治疗方式。但肝切除或肝移植术后仍有一定复发率。肿瘤微环境中巨噬细胞和相关细胞因子能够影响肝癌细胞生物学行为，促进肝癌的侵袭和转移，引发肿瘤复发和影响患者预后。测定巨噬细胞及相关因子水平对判断肝癌肝切除术后患者的预后具有重要价值，同时也是肝癌治疗的潜在靶点。
• Until now, the major treatment options for hepatocellular carcinoma were hepatic resection and liver transplantation. However, after operation, the patients had high recurrence rates. In tumor microenvironment of liver cancer, tumor-associated macrophages and factors have an influence on biological behaviors of cancer cells. It can promote tumor invasion and metastasis. Finally, macrophages and associated factors had great influence on tumor recurrence and prognosis of liver cancer. Furthermore, these factors were the potential biomarkers for predicting tumor recurrence and potential targets for cancer treatment.
