以雷替曲塞为基础的方案二线后治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床研究

• 【摘要】目的 研究以雷替曲塞为基础的方案二线后（含三/四/五线）治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 2013年4月—2014年3月在我院接受二线后以雷替曲塞为基础的化疗方案患者共31例。每2个周期评价疗效，至病情进展或不可耐受停止。 结果 31例患者共完成治疗周期数共计99次，平均为3次；所有患者皆可评价疗效，其中PR一次，SD 17次，PD 13次。总有效率为3.23%，临床受益率为58.06%。中位无进展生存时间（Progression-free survival, PFS）为1.53月（95%置信区间为：0.921-2.139）。 结论 以雷替曲塞为基础的方案在晚期结直肠癌三四线化疗中，临床受益率高，毒副作用小，可以作为一种临床治疗手段。
• Objective To study the clinical outcome and safety of raltirexed-based treatment after the second-line therapy of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 31 patients with advanced colorectal cancer of raltirexed-based treatment after the second-line therapy were enrolled between April 2013 and March 2014 in our hospital. The effect was evaluated every 2 cycles until the disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs. Results A total of 99 treatment cycles (Average, 3 cycles) were completed. All 31 patients were evaluated for response. According to the criterion of curative effect of solid tumor follow- up PR 1 patients, SD 17 patients and PD 13 patients. The total effective rate was 3.23% and the clinical benefit rate was 58.06%. Median progression-free survival was 1.530 months (95% CI 0.921-2.139). Conclusion The raltirexed-based treatment on the third‐line or fourth-line therapy of advanced colorectal cancer is feasible with high clinical benefit rate and low toxic.
