• 【摘要】癌症相关性疲乏(Cancer-Related Fatigue ，CRF)是癌症患者的最常见症状，它可以是手术、放疗及化疗的副作用，也可以一些无疾病状态的癌症患者的常见症状，还可以是肿瘤进展患者的临床表现。CRF的发病机制仍不是十分清楚。评估CRF最简单的方法是使用NCCN推荐的疲乏单项直观模拟标度尺来测量。CRF的临床干预，NCCN分为三部分：积极治疗患者的干预，长期随访患者的干预和临终关怀患者的干预。具体措施有：对患者及家庭成员进行疲乏的教育和咨询，非药物干预和药物干预。
• Cancer-Related Fatigue(CRF) is the most common symptom in patients with cancer. It maybe a side-effect of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy and can affect disease-free survivors, it becomes increasingly prevalent with advancing disease. The exact mechanisms of CRF are still unclear. The NCCN guidelines recommend that patients with fatigue can be measured by using a single item or a single visual analogue scale. Numerical rating scale has been advocated as a screening tool for CRF. Tackling CRF includeds three parts: Interventions for patients on active treatment, interventions for patients post-treatment and interventions for patients at the end of life. Three broad approaches are education and counseling of patient and family,non-pharmacological management, pharmacological interventions.
