儿童白血病分子标志物研究进展

• 【摘要】儿童白血病种类繁多，发病机制复杂，病因至今仍未完全明了。在白血病发生发展过程中，存在多种基因和蛋白质水平的改变，其中有些分子有重要意义，可作为白血病的分子标志物。分子标志物是反映细胞生物学状态的指示成分，可以用来客观地测量和评价正常和异常的生物学过程，以及机体对各种治疗措施的药理学反应。检测这些标志物将有助于白血病的鉴别诊断、治疗指导、疗效评价和预测复发等。本文对近年来重要的儿童白血病分子标志物的研究进展作一综述。
• Childhood leukemia are wide range of complex pathogenesis, etiology has not yet been fully understood. In the process of leukemia development, there are a variety of changes in gene and protein levels, some of which are important molecules can be used as molecular markers of leukemia diagnosis and evaluation. Molecular markers are important indicator to reflect the biological state of the cell, which could be used to objectively measure and evaluate the normal and abnormal biological processes, and pharmacological response of the body to various treatments. Detection of these markers will be helpful in the differential diagnosis of leukemia, treatment guidelines, efficacy evaluation and prediction of recurrence. We collect and analysis recent studies achievement about major molecular markers of childhood leukemia to make this review.
